# Can I switch my fan account to a creator account and vice versa?

No, it is not possible to convert a fan account to a creator account or vice versa on Uncove. The account type is set during registration and cannot be changed afterwards.
If you created a fan account and wish to become a creator on the platform, you will need to create a new account by choosing the "Creator" option during registration. This new account will need to use a different email address from the one used for your fan account.
Similarly, if you are a creator and want a fan account to follow other creators, you will need to create a separate account with a different email address.
Each account remains independent with its own credentials and cannot be merged or converted.
