# How do I allow my fans to send me media?

You have two options to allow your fans to send you media (photos and videos):

**For a specific conversation:** Open the private conversation with the fan in question, access the discussion settings, then enable the option allowing the fan to send you media. This permission will only apply to that particular conversation.

**For all your conversations:** Go to the general settings for your conversations from your account. There you can globally enable the option allowing all your fans to send you media in their discussions with you.
Once the option is enabled, your fans will be able to send you media directly in the relevant private chats.
