# How do I block an unpleasant user?

From the Conversations tab, you can manage your exchanges with a user at any time.
Simply click on the three dots associated with the user in the conversation list, or directly on their profile picture from the Conversation tab, then select the "Hide Conversation" option. This action is irreversible: once the conversation is hidden, you will no longer have access to its content.

If a user engages in offensive or particularly unpleasant behavior, you also have the option to report them to our team. The process is the same: click on the three dots, then on Report in the "Action" tab. Our moderation team will review the situation and, if necessary, proceed with deleting the fan's account.
