# How long does my identity verification take?

Processing your identity verification request can take up to a maximum of 72 hours. Our team manually reviews each request to ensure that the documents provided are compliant.
This timeframe may be extended during periods of high demand on the platform, particularly when many creators submit their verification at the same time. If your verification exceeds 72 hours, don't worry — we process all requests in the order they are received.
If your verification is denied, you will find the specific reason for the denial in the "Identity Verification" tab of your account. You can then submit a new request taking into account the remarks provided.
