# What identity documents are accepted?

To verify your identity on Uncove, we only accept the following official documents: national identity card, passport, or driver's license. These documents must be currently valid and the information must be clearly legible.
When submitting your verification request, you will need to provide a photo of both sides of your identity document as well as a selfie of you holding this document next to your face. Make sure all information is visible and not blurry.
Processing your request may take up to 72 hours. Our moderation team will verify that the photos provided match the identity document, that you are of legal age according to your country's legislation, and that you do not reside in a country whose regulations are incompatible with our services.
If your request is denied, you can view the specific reason in the "Identity Verification" tab of your account.
