How do I delete my creator account?

If you want to permanently delete your creator account, you must contact us directly through our support by submitting your deletion request along with your username.
For security reasons and to verify that the request comes from the account owner, we will need you to provide a photo of your ID (national ID card or passport) as well as a selfie of you holding this ID in your hands, in the same way as during your initial identity verification.
Once these documents are received and verified by our team, we will proceed with deleting your account. The complete processing of your request may take several days.
