How do I receive my money?

Payouts are available only to creators and fans who earn money through referrals. Funds that a fan has added to their wallet to make purchases are not eligible for payout.
If you are eligible, your earnings are paid out automatically on the 1st of each month, provided that:

• your earnings balance is at least €50;
• your identity has been verified;
• your bank details have been entered correctly.

To add or update your bank details, go to your account settings, then to “Payment” or “Withdrawals”.
If you wish to delete your account before the next payout, contact support and provide your username. Our team will review your situation and any pending earnings before your account is deleted.
