Question 1

How do I request a live?

Accepted Answer

There are several ways to request a live with a creator on Uncove. If the creator offers spontaneous lives, you will see a small camera icon next to their profile picture and username in the chat. By clicking on it, you can make a direct proposal for a spontaneous live.

If this icon is not visible, you can still click on the creator's profile and select the "Propose a Live" option. In this case, the live will not be spontaneous and the creator may offer you a time slot if they wish.

You can also go directly to your favorite creator's profile page to see the availability they have posted for their lives and book a time slot. Note, however, that not all creators offer lives on the platform, as this depends on their personal preferences.

Question 2

Why isn't my profile picture showing?

Accepted Answer

If you have just uploaded or changed your profile picture and it does not yet appear publicly, it is currently being moderated. All profile pictures are reviewed by our team before being published on the platform to ensure they comply with our terms of use. This moderation process can take a few hours. Your profile picture will automatically become visible once our team has approved its content. You do not need to take any further action, just be patient.

Question 3

Accepted Answer

You can set your availability windows in advance or let your fans book appointments spontaneously. Finally, you can customize your rates based on the desired duration in the "Rates" section.

Question 4

How can I get a refund for a subscription taken unintentionally?

Accepted Answer

To subscribe on Uncove, several validation steps are required. You must first select the creator and choose the desired subscription plan, then enter your bank details, and finally validate the transaction via your bank's 3D Secure authentication. This last step usually requires a code received by SMS or validation through your banking app. This strong authentication system ensures that you are the rightful owner of the bank card used and prevents fraudulent or truly unintentional payments. A subscription cannot be activated without your explicit validation at each step. For this reason, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions presented as unintentional, since the payment process necessarily requires your conscious action and bank authentication.

Question 5

How do I contact my top fans?

Accepted Answer

To identify and contact your most generous fans, go to your messaging page. There you will find the "Most Generous Fans" sorting option which allows you to display your conversations based on the amount spent by each fan, in descending order. This option allows you to easily spot your top contributors and contact them first to strengthen your relationship with them.

Question 6

Can I get a refund and use my right of withdrawal?

Accepted Answer

No, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on Uncove. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content without a tangible medium whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period. When you purchase a subscription, media, or any other content on our platform, you gain immediate access to it. This instant execution of the service therefore excludes the possibility of exercising a right of withdrawal, as stated in section 6.4 of our terms of use.
