Can I get a refund and use my right of withdrawal?

No, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made on Uncove. In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content without a tangible medium whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period.
When you purchase a subscription, media, or any other content on our platform, you gain immediate access to it. This instant execution of the service therefore excludes the possibility of exercising a right of withdrawal, as stated in section 6.4 of our terms of use.
