How can I get a refund for a subscription taken unintentionally?

To subscribe on Uncove, several validation steps are required. You must first select the creator and choose the desired subscription plan, then enter your bank details, and finally validate the transaction via your bank's 3D Secure authentication. This last step usually requires a code received by SMS or validation through your banking app.
This strong authentication system ensures that you are the rightful owner of the bank card used and prevents fraudulent or truly unintentional payments. A subscription cannot be activated without your explicit validation at each step.
For this reason, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions presented as unintentional, since the payment process necessarily requires your conscious action and bank authentication.
