Why was I charged for the following month when I unsubscribed the same day?

When you subscribe on Uncove, your subscription automatically renews each month starting from the date of your initial subscription. The system takes into account the day of your original subscription, but the exact time of renewal may vary depending on the payment processor used.
For example, if you subscribed on January 15th at 6:00 PM, your automatic renewal will occur on February 15th, but we cannot guarantee it will happen exactly at 6:00 PM. The charge may be processed at any time during the day, sometimes even a few hours before your initial subscription time.
If you cancel your subscription on the same day as your renewal date, you may still be charged because the renewal may have already been processed.
To avoid any unwanted charges, we recommend canceling your subscription the day before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. You can check your next renewal date in the list of active subscriptions on your account.
